The PegDesk Dashboard makes it easy for our customers to monitor our performance! From inspections, tickets, and workflow & scheduling data, our customers have full access and visibility on services performed.
Review Tickets & Inspections
Pegasus customers can review tickets and detailed inspection reports via any web browser. Customers can easily provide feedback directly on our platform for additional control and accountability.
Get Inspection Notifications
Pegasus customers are notified via email immediately following an Inspection. This process ensures that customers are informed every step of the way. Each Inspection Notification includes a detailed report with each area that was inspected, the rating and score of the inspection as well as a photos and comments from the inspector.
