Pegasus is constantly improving its technology, tools and equipment to enhance its cleaning service capabilities.
In 2002, we introduced Pegasus Cleanroom Services with the goal of being the premier, critical-environment cleaning company in the world, providing service to cleanrooms, high-tech manufacturing and GMP facilities. In 2005, Pegasus Data Center Cleaning was launched to meet our corporate and industrial partners’ specialized needs – the maintenance of data centers, co-location facilities, and telecommunications sites.

Unlike other commercial cleaning service providers, Pegasus is employee-owned. When a customer picks up the phone or sees a Pegasus representative at their facility, they know they are dealing directly with an owner of the company.
Pegasus staff are in it for the long run. In the cleaning industry at large, employee turnover ranges from 200 to 300 percent a year. Turnover at Pegasus is less than 25 percent a year. This means the same person who cleans your facility today will be cleaning it tomorrow. There is no revolving door with Pegasus.

Our Story
Pegasus began in 1969 as a full-service janitorial firm serving the Southern California business community and has evolved into the premier facility services company in the Southwestern United States, with more than 1000 employees serving over 300 facilities.
Pegasus recognized the growing and unique cleaning needs of companies operating in critical environments and extended its cleaning solutions with Pegasus Cleanroom Services and Pegasus Data Center Cleaning.
In 2009, Pegasus formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and four years later, became 100 percent employee-owned – a first in the cleaning services industry. Our emphasis is on hiring only the most experienced and highly trained staff (a process that includes full employee background checks and a rigorous drug testing policy).
Pegasus has a unique record of success and longevity in the cleaning industry. This, combined with a depth of experience and wide geographic coverage, means we can meet all of your commercial or critical environment facility’s needs.
