Informed by 12 years of high-volume and executive recruiting and leadership experience, Jane engages a growth mindset to create a winning Talent Acquisition Team fully invested in attracting and hiring dynamic qualified candidates. Jane seeks out ways to improve and accelerate the hiring process without sacrificing quality hires. Her career includes recruiting for some of the largest employers including Ernst & Young Tech Hub, ABM, Georgia Pacific, as well as retained and contingency firms where she worked with clients to top-side and elevate teams.
As a graduate of the Diversity Leadership Academy of Atlanta (DLAA), 2005, led by Dr. R. Roosevelt Thomas, who coined the phrase diversity management, and as a former member of diversity initiatives at EY including the Veterans Resume Review Committee and EY Unity, Jane has valued creating a welcoming environment for all employees. She is honored to lead the Pegasus Talent Acquisition Team, which can provide a robust candidate pipeline and a steady stream of qualified hires. In addition to recruiting, Jane has worked as a professional educator for 10 years. Her personal value of giving back to the community as a way to ensure strong families aligns well with Pegasus DNA.
