Stock Ownership Plan
On January 4, 2009, Pegasus formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and was included in the growing list of companies whose employees are stockholders. The goal for the plan was to increase employee incentives and provide long-term retirement benefits to employees.
