Pegasus Management Team

Jeffrey Becker

President

Mr. Becker is the executive in charge of all Pegasus employees and all services performed for our clients. He is also the Founder and President of Pegasus Cleanroom Services and is a Certified Industrial Hygiene Manager.  Jeff’s experience and knowledge in the overall maintenance of controlled environments have helped general building service contracting, and his business management expertise has helped our company become an industry leader.


Paul Condie

Vice President Operations

Mr. Condie has been managing cleaning programs at large public facilities for over 30 years. Paul was the first manager at the Delta Center – the twenty thousand seat home of Utah Jazz. He was also the cleaning team startup manager at the opening of Coors Field and the Kiel Center as well as the cleaning consultant to The School District of Philadelphia, Clark County School District, and Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center. He specializes in servicing large campuses for REIT’s, Northrop Grumman Boeing company, etc. and single buildings over a million square feet. Paul serves a guest faculty member to Janitor University.


Susan Cologna

Vice President of Finance

As the Vice President of Finance, Ms. Cologna oversees the Financial, Accounting and Human Resources functions for Pegasus’ National Operations across the United States. With over 25 years of experience as a CPA, she has a public/private background over a broad range of industries. Susan maintains specialized expertise in process improvement, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, contract management and strategic planning.


Danna Ford

Vice President of Sales

Ms. Ford is regarded as an industry expert, with over 28 years of experience in the Facilities Services Industry. As Vice President of Sales, Danna is responsible for directing the Sales and Business Development activities at Pegasus. Danna formulates and executes sales plans and budgets that are consistent with and supportive of the Company’s annual business plan.


Diana Lopez

Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Lopez began her career at Pegasus as a clerk in the accounting department.  She has risen to the position of Accounting Manager after a tenure of 15 years at Pegasus. Diana is also the Chairperson of the Pegasus ESOP Committee and is an expert in the field of Employee Stock Ownership Plans.  She also serves on the Board of the Western States ESOP Association.


Josh Bowman

VP of Operations, Critical Environments

Mr. Bowman has been in the Critical Environments industry for 18 years. He  started as a Micro-Cleaner while attending college and worked his way up as a Supervisor. He was eventually promoted to various Management & Director roles before coming to Pegasus as the VP of Operations, Critical Environments. He has worked for customers in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotech, Semi-Conductor, Aerospace and Technology industries. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Pegasus and specializes in SOP development, comprehensive training, and process improvement.


Nancy Gonzalez

Regional VP of Operations

Mrs. Gonzalez has been in the building services industry since 2004 and started her career with Calico Building Services. She moved into the Regional Management role in 2006 and was in charge of Northern and Southern California’s janitorial operations for multiple retail and medical facilities. She became GCA Services Group’s (an ABM Industries Company) Southern California Senior Regional Manager in 2008. Nancy joined Pegasus in 2019 as Regional VP of Operations and manages the Los Angeles division.


Rob Rubright

Systems Innovation Strategy Manager

Mr. Rubright, is responsible for the Pegasus I.T. systems, partnering with all departments to plan and implement technology to support the growth of Pegasus. Rob has held various positions in the “back office” of the janitorial industry for over 10 years, with duties that included, payroll, H.R., and procurement. Previously, Rob worked as an I.T. professional in the publishing, and insurance industries


Dianne Moore

Director of Training and Development

Mrs. Moore has been with Pegasus for over 11 years, starting as the EHS & Risk Manager conducting safety training and currently manages the entire training and development department. Dianne is responsible for the assessment and identification of business training and development needs, primarily at the managerial level as well as effective coordination of training and development programs for frontline employees. She has over 26 years of experience in training and development.
